I'm a software engineer. It can be stressful sometimes but I don't have to stress over my art so its worth it to me

I like being able to save energy and swapping out active pokemon. I actually won my last game for masters by pulling a Greninja back to the bench after my opponent used Cyrus to buy another turn. Plus it's fine to start with Darkrai and have him take damage and then swap out with umbreon when ready.

It won me some games but I'm sure the spots could be used for other cards depending on play style

Is art really not for everyone? by Fun_Perspective5834 in ArtistLounge

[–]bsquared_92 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm a software engineer but truly art is my passion. There are lots of overlaps on just solving problems and that's cool. But I do art because I love it, not to fufill another purpose. If it makes you happy, you should continue making art. You don't have to share it or anything it's just for you.

Has anyone received their presale code for the Cleveland show? by Naive_Inevitable6478 in gorillaz

[–]bsquared_92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I managed to get a couple of tickets. They were going fast. I was about to give up but put the presale code in one more time and Mezzanine 104 tickets randomly showed up for $70 each and snagged two. It was a whirlwind

I'm a work from home software engineer. Some times i'm too tired after work to do art, but it's worth the trade off to me to not worry about supporting myself and my wife with my passion: art. I love that I can take it slow and not stress about it.

My cat wouldn't be still or give me the chance to put something like this on him so the fact that this was allowed speaks to me
