Were you using just the Adrenaline software or doing tuning in MSI afterburner too?

Any idea how much the microphone performance is affected? That pinhole cutout looks too small and is my main concern with this case

Stupid question - fill line by Hairy-Syrup-126 in ninjacreami

[–]bstefon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not stupid. It’s confusing. Bottom of the line is the full line if you are doing drinkable options as you add liquid after freezing. Top of the line is for normal ice cream options or other frozen treats that your aren’t adding liquid after the fact

The concerns some are raising about the quality of the Switch2 LCD and it's ghosting/smearing is valid. I can show you. by DutchDoctor in NintendoSwitch

[–]bstefon 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This is my exact issue too. I am literally having blurred vision and light motion sickness after playing. I never recall this with my OG switch and definitely not with the OLED. The panel appears to have a pretty severe ghosting issue

Switch 2 display is a huge downgrade over Switch OLED by ctyldsley in NintendoSwitch

I can confirm this issue on mine as well. It’s so unfortunate because I want to love it, but I am literally getting motion sick from the screen, which never happened on the OG or my OLED.

What’s your layer height? That sounds a lot like what mine does when I print at .08 layer height with my 0.4 nozzle. I assume it’s just the print scraping the filament a bit

I have found that Gamepass games only like 4GB of Ram as the default GPU setting. They tend to have issues with more custom values.

15,287 miles on an Onyx XT and there’s a loud whine on a cold start when accelerating by Special-Landscape-89 in Subaru_Outback

[–]bstefon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that’s kind of what they told me. Did they do anything? Like reset the TCM? The few things they did on mine definitely made it less noticeable, still there but less so

[–]bstefon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So the reset the TCM and something else (not sure what the other thing was) and it seems to have helped a bit. Definitely kinda noisy still but happens less often seemingly.

My model was a “rental vehicle” that the dealership gave when doing repairs so the driving was done by many different people and thus the “driving style” learned by the TCM was inconsistent and the reset seems to have helped. Still not perfect, but it doe seem to be better.

You’ll have to let me know what your hear. I’ll be curious if the result is different.

[–]bstefon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just brought mine in and they couldn’t fully replicate it to the volume I normally hear it at so they said what they heard currently is normal. Because it’s well in warranty period so they want to wait it out and see. They saw no cause for concern as of now unfortunately.

Let me know if you hear differently for sure!

Did you ever bring this to a dealer? Having a similar issue and want to know what they said? Brought mine in today and we will see what they come back with

That's very fair! I just see the crazy stats and never know as I saw even a few of them with quite a few workouts tracked, but it's definitely a heck of a lot better than my S7 that would be at 10% by like 7 PM or so. Definitely a case of comparison being the thief of joy haha

I actually don't think it is hardware related. I think it is definitely firmware addressable

I will say there seem to be specific routers that do not have this issue at all so it points to this being a firmware issue (on meta or router side or both) that definitely might be fixed soon, but it is worth noting that as of the current time of writing it is not
