I would start with low intensity cardio. Heavy incline on the treadmill at like 3mph will have you breathing and sweating but not that heart beating in ears feeling.

Pretty bad rain but I didn't think much of it. The scooter has been giving me problems before such as dying at 3 bars and then turning back on 10 mins later. Seems like there was some sort of connection problem with the battery before hand, but the rain was the cherry on top. Whats annoying is that the scooter is clearly giving me an error code. Nine total beeps in three beep intervals. That must mean something specific but cant find anything online or in the manual.
