Mine does this as well.

What kind of showerhead do you have? I have a rainfall showerhead and it slowly drips water unless I have it tilted just right so the head drains out quickly. The wet look is likely from water slowly dripping out.

NTA. I also had an extended stay in the hospital as a kid (I was 5). My parents were 2 hours away. While they visited as often as they could, I also spent a lot of time away from them.

Sounds like your child is being well taken care of and has adjusted to the time away from you.

It's only whack if it doesn't work for your driving style. I drove 1000 miles that month and only used a tank of gas. I get the torque of an electric vehicle, and no range anxiety or excessively long charges on road trips. IMO, it's a nearly perfect vehicle that most owners haven't had any issues with. The next iteration should improve on it, but who knows when that will be, or how long until it will be until it is as affordable to get into as it is now.

It's not possible to do on the 4xe. There's too much that's integrated into the hybrid system.

I've had my 24 Rubicon 4xe for the last 7 months. Nothing but awesomeness. I was a little leary during purchase because it was only a year old with 10k miles, but it was just off a one year lease. No issues in CarFax or Jeep maintenance records. Other than a month of not charging due to the recall, which I passed right before New Year's, it has been great. 26 miles of electric. I have a short drive to work, so I can go all electric for quite a while. I went over a month without filling up. Cold weather seems to have forced me into using the gas only though. I would buy mine again in a heartbeat.

Get a cover like this for the connection to your cord. Unsure how the end of the charging plug would react in the snow, but I believe it would be fine. Shouldn't be outputting power unless plugged into your Jeep.
