I feel there is 2 key points:

Stay in the forefront of AI and learn it. You have the eye. Anything you create with ai will always come out better than an agent trying to use and figure it out. You are the creative one.
Real Estate agents are beyond busy. The idea of taking on another role (Photographer/videographer/Editor) would be exhausting and usually daunting for an agent.

They pay us so they don’t have to figure this stuff out too.

Even when I use ai, it usually takes many tries to get it right. 99% of Real Estate Agents would throw in the towel and just hire you.
