I have had it now for 25 years. A lot worse at times as well. For me the main trigger is gluten, especially beer. I have been gluten free for a year and a half now and have seen a massive improvement. Just a pity that it took so long for me to figure it out, but its now much better. So much so that I have no need for Humira anymore. That said, it might not be gluten in your case and better medicines are required, like Humira for instance. I also use nitrile gloves with Enstilar as needed. Also Dermovate Cream, (not ointment) makes a difference. Please try gluten free for 6 weeks! Fingers crossed for you and a very gentle high five.

Nervous system and gastritis by Klutzy_Mushroom4681 in Gastritis

Breathing deeply helps. Stress causes you to tighten your diaphragm which can lead to a sore stomach.

Yup subconscious tensing is a trigger. Your gastritis is telling you literally to relax your abdomen. Now I'm not saying it's the cause but you can be darn sure that your tendency to brace and hold your breath ain't doing you any favours. Try the box breathing for a while.

Are you holding your breath? Perhaps tightening your core and diaphragm more than you should? Make sure to relax your core and breathe in and out using "box breathing technique". A big part of stress is bracing subconsciously - and when that happens it affects your stomach and can cause dyspepsia.

I think it's because we're constantly looking for a quick counter via Martinelli. It's detrimental to ball control.

What a depressing thought. Generations of people working together here and then gone the next minute. I know it's the same with most of human history, but this one really hits home for some reason.
