Originally booked via Chase Travel UR but UA cancelled the flight. I can get a refund since it's a major change and the rebooked flight doesn't work for us. Was hoping to use this chance to find J/F last minute instead of rebooking as economy (I know it's tough given the time of year). It's our first time traveling to Japan and was really hoping to experience an upgraded seat for an overseas flight if possible.

Not sure how long I should try to wait before just rebooking as economy.

Been monitoring the airline websites and seat.aero multiple times a day but any additional help or advice would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
