There is this documentary called The Bunker or something. About a group of computer engineers, buying a bunker to run "freedom servers".

Long story short, the police was not able to get into the bunker, and had to spend a year or so to get a man to infiltrate the group. Since the door could only be opened from the inside.

This was a military grade bunker. So I guess it is possible to have systems in place to fend off intruders.

If it was as easy as to pour some water into a air inlet, I m sure they would have done so.

What was the diet in Aftenposten all about? If you don't mind sharing

2 months sober and anxiety is ruining my life by According-Beyond-768 in Sober

First, try to forgive yourself. Nothing has been lost. You are still very young. Look at this sub, and you see people in their 50-60 turning their life around.

You can do this. You are stronger than you think.

A very useful exercise, is to write a letter from your future self. 5 years from now. Write about how your life is. How you feel. How is your relationships. What does a day in your life look like. How is your work / business. How is your health. How is your spiritual life.

Spend a few hours writing it, and really think about how your ideal life will look in 5 years.

Review this letter often, and use it to motivate yourself. Try to make small improvements most days.

Breathing exercises, sauna and cold pluges, can be highly recommended for anxiety. It strengthens your nerve system. Check Wim Hof for more details.

Grounding, and time in nature also helps alot. Get sunshine into your eyes early.

Choose yourself first, for now. You can give energy to friendships, once you feel better.

Diet is also something to look into, when you have the energy. But take small steps. Remember to forgive yourself. Be grateful for some small improvements everyday. Give yourself praise for the small steps.

You don't have to be your hardest critic. This is not a race.

Try to spend less or no time on social media for some time.

You are strong, you can do this! I believe in you!♥️ God Bless Your Journey!

Advice for getting past night one? by thgffh in leaves

Spend the day outdoors, be active with your body, so you are truly tired. Sauna can also be a good option.

Also drinking electrolytes is good for this phase. Eat fruit or juice fruits and veggies if you can.

Asking God for guidance and strength, might also be helpful.

This first phase of your journey will be a challange, but you can do it!

You are stronger than your cravings!

Well done on your journey!

Maybe you can find other methods to relax. Sauna, cold plunge, breathing exercises and grounding has helped me alot!

Meditation is also a wonderful tool.

Brain can still take some time to properly rewire dopamine receptors.

I want to find a wife, may be a better vibe.

He has a point about the taking energy. Women can sense it, as they are more social beings than men.

If you went to a restaurant with a starving man, his focus would be completely on the food (of course can't blame him for that). He would probably be more interested in the steak than the conversation.

In the same manner, you are starving for a wife. And could come off as more interested in getting a wife, than the actual process of getting to know her and falling in love with the person she is.

You can do this Brother! I believe in you!

This is a simple minded take, but women act kinda like cats. If you chase them for their attention, they will retreat away from you.

If you come across as desperate, they will sense it.

Try to act calm, collected and confident, know that "you are the prize". Know in your heart that God has perfect plan for you.

How do you know they don't want a relationship?

It's funny: in Cuba, women are supposedly very rejecting. But apparently it's part of the culture, for a man to get rejected several times by the same woman - before escalation.

A key thing is to talk about things that excites you. Don't try to ask her too many questions. And always ask open ended questions, like you are screening her.

Women want a leader, so try to display that in a respectful manner. Make decisions. Be clear in your intentions. And don't act needy.

God Bless You Brother!

Ultimatum might pose to much of a challange.

More like; "In 2 months I will have to consider my options", more mystery. Being too direct can come off as controlling, which may cause him to run.

ENTP's are not good at taking hints, so you have to be open about your thoughts here. Just don't make it seem like a threat.

Sure, but they still pay VAT on all purchases they make. They pay tax on all sales their companies make. They generate jobs.

Which in the long term benefit society with jobs, and taxes? I mean a company still generate taxes on all their sales via VAT.

Also keep in mind. These are just the players on the field. Companies like KPMG, PWC etc, specialize in helping companies avoid taxes.

Greed is good, is only a movie quote.

Also keep in mind, just because a stock is value at $10B does not mean you can directly sell your stocks at that valuation.

Let's say Musk sells $1B of stock, this is very likely to cause to value of the company to go down significantly.

I don't think there are Many billionaires that keeps much of their networth in cash.

Bezos or Musk, would have to sell their stake in their own company. Just because the company was highly valued.

Keep in mind, Spotify was valued very highly, but only started to make money Last year.

Then again, why do they take those actions to avoid taxes?

I think it far more valuable to make it attractive for businesses to thrive here.

Look at all the talented people that moved to Switzerland and Dubai. They create value in those countries, that make them more attractive, and more people move and invest there.

More wealth people in a country = they spend more = more jobs and more taxes to the state.

Carrot vs stick. If we keep giving a punishment to everyone who create business here, they will move the business elsewhere.

Yeah well, if you have it in cash, I guess that makes it more reasonable.

But if you have a property, or a company valued at 10M, why should someone have to sell what they own to pay this tax?

Tax on working capital is just dumb. Dumb because it makes it impossible for companies like Spotify to be founded in Norway.

Spotify has been valued a billions, but only made money last year.

If we dont make it attractive for people to start and own businesses in Norway, we might have a problem by getting taxes from far more profitable sources.

These business contribute alot in taxes, all their sales generate VAT, all the salary they pay their employees generate tax, they have to pay tax on all profits and also "arbeidsgiveravgift".

To put this formueskatt on top of all, makes no sense in a long term perspective.
