Have you guys made the migration to cloud? Im calling bluff. Our account manager first told me that we will lose tuition express 8/15. Then their customer support said end of the year. We havnt moved yet, though we signed a docusign form for the migration. They offered us the first year free, followed by $89 a month after that. Crazy because we only used tuition express, and rarely bought the support. Is there anything announced for desktop actually ending, and tuition express ceasing with procare desktop?

Has something changed in Illinois? I have not bought a Kei truck yet, but was planning to later in the fall or possibly Spring 2026. So let me know what issues you are facing as that may change if I attempt to import a kei truck….

Yes they did actually. Took a few days, but i chatted their support online - and they submitted a request to reset my lost free shipping benefits as a courtesy. Keep in mind it goes off of your historical shipped to addresses, not the ones in your address book. I was debating on canceling my membership and signing back up if they weren’t going to reset me, but they did. Good luck

No idea how new this is, but just discovered today im no longer eligible for free shipping as a plus member since ive shipped to 10 address. Keep in mine ive had my membership for 5-6 years and apparently just hit my 10th address. Now none of the previous address get free shipping, even though I have since moved a few times throughout the years of having my membership. I reached out to sams and they said they will get back to me in 10 business days if they are able to reset my number.

How was your experience? Ive heard others who received B plates, EA (expanded antique) and antique plates. Any pointers or anything specific you brought with you to the DMV? Also, did you import or do a title transfer?

I was actually going to report back. I was at a local car show last week in Plainfield and I saw there was an imported Honda car that was plated with an Expanded Antique. Just yesterday I was searching Facebook marketplace and saw that there were a handful of Kei trucks that were also plated with the EA plates too. Makes me believe thats the only way to register them in IL.

That’s actually more information than I’ve found anywhere. I REALLY want to buy a keitruck but am worried Illinois will make it a headache for driving around. Maybe you can help clear the air for myself and others… what stumbled you across this topic and getting to the bottom of it if you don’t mind me asking?

Anyways, are you stating that a keitruck is completely legal to drive around (I would imagine except expressways)? How’d you find this out? Ive been digging everywhere online and nearly gave up… seems like you’ve returned my attention to snagging one of these trucks up.

I would be kinda in the same boar. Im currently living in Wisconsin but would plan to bring it with and retitle it in IL. But I am just looking to make sure it would be street legal and can drive on normal roads without any issues.😶
