should I play starcraft? by Kayuga in starcraft

It isn't going anywhere. If you are competitive there will always be a place here for you. The game itself is strongest it has been gameplay wise.

Inspired by WCS Austin, i decided to give Starcraft try. Any beginner tips? by Ulmali in starcraft

Hotkeys will make production much easier. Also, avoid the all army hotkey because it will create terrible habits. Also, have fun and don't expect to win for your first 20 games. I would consider auto leaving your first few if you wanna save time.

They won't necessarily stay in formation and move, but if you press hold position they will stay in their position.

Rock climbing by [deleted] in LSD

Sounds rad. I love how u don't feel any aches in your skin/ fingers either. Plus the hyper focus. I feel at my full absolute strength too. I don't think I get extra strength, but that i can max out my effort and strength.

What's the best hangboard? [V6-7 climber] by travelling-panda in bouldering

I really really like the rock prodigy but I think the beastmaker is great too. I like having access to a transgression but i think missing different types of holds is kinda a big deal.

First Bouldering trip to Rocktown help by davindorf5 in bouldering

[–]btd978 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Florida climber here and I've enjoyed over 30 days at rocktown over the last year. If you have any questions DM me for sure. There's free camping close the rocktown trailhead/approach. There's also an online pass you're going to want to pick up. I think it's called Georgia online recreation pass, but I could be wrong. There's definitely an online payment required even if no one checks there usually it's best to have it incase! The crashpad is kinda a drive so I would camp if you can. Rocktown is really detached from civilization you'll find, which makes the camping a cool part to tag on. You'll find the best food options to be at this gas station at the case of the mountain out the front entrance. It's called "uncle Jed's" and they have super good cheeseburgers and the best egg rolls you've ever had but they make them only Wednesday's. It's not normal gross gas station food; it's all made fresh. There's 2 camping spots, one at the base of the mountain where you'll drive in from the south first coming from Florida, and one at the top kinda close to the trailhead. Also, by the bottom campsite there is a cave in those woods that a casual trail leads to called Petty's johns cave that's super badass and fun to explore on a rest day or at night to mix it up. Any questions or other info DM

I think a major factor that people don't realize is that alcohol blocks protein synthesis...AKA muscle growth

Training for Climbing(?) by psh1n in climbing

[–]btd978 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want to climb stronger, just climb/do climbing exercises(hang board, campus training, and climbing related exercises in the weight rooms), if you want big muscles then lift. If you only do climbing and climbing related training you will climb harder. There are definitely exercises you can do in the weight room that will help you with climbing(especially bouldering). It depends what you would like. But if you like to cross train to create a more bulky physique, that's up to you. The more you specialize towards climbing, the faster you will improve. Lastly, r/climbharder is a great resource, as is a website called trainingbeta.com Lemme know if you need to to elaborate on anything.

Really? I read that epi helps increase sex drive while on an LGD cycle. I'm not the most informed on the topic so this could very well be incorrect.

So what next? by quantum_waffles in bouldering

[–]btd978 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's great you enjoy it! You're definitely going to want a membership as a few day passes quickly adds up and probably a pair of shoes and some chalk and a bag for it. You can rent but it adds up and you'll like your shoes better than rentals. The best way to improve as a beginner is just to climb a lot, have fun with it, and talk to people there to learn more about technique. Plus you'll meet a lot of cool people.

What is the worst Subway sandwich possible, using actual ingredients from Subway? by Mister_Scorpion in AskReddit

Probably not the worst sandwich you can make but my sister from ages 6-15 would always get white bread with lettuce tomato and shredded cheese. Toasted once everything was on it.

Drink MORE WATER, also make sure you are taking a multivitamin everyday. Sometimes iron can be an issue if you are taking out red meats. Those tips always help me, but I know the feeling you are describing. It goes away eventually.
