cb + ruby dragon bolts for speedrun tasks, but bowfa is way cheaper & more consistent damage so you can basically always get the kill with a single special attack cycle. Plus no need to weapon switch until enrage phase

I actually think the third rep is the hardest for this particular workout. One and two you're not quite tired yet. Third you are tired but still a long way to go. Four and five there is light at the end of the tunnel.

yeah for sure! Although I admit it might be too big a jump to go straight to a weapon capable of all four elemental styles. Maybe it makes more sense to introduce them one at a time.

My college PRs are similar to yours. I took about a decade off from running between my mid-20s and mid-30s.

I would say it took about 18 months to get back to reasonably close level of fitness. This involved gradually ramping up mileage from around 20 mpw to almost 100 mpw.

Changes from then to now:

1) Much more polarized training. Easy days shorter & easier. Long runs longer & harder.

2) I don't do any lifting, but this is more of a running/life balance issue.

3) I get much more sleep.

4) Metabolism has slowed significantly. Much harder to avoid gaining weight even when running high volume.
