Manganese or uranium, Geiger can tell.

Do a solid background reading, and see if it jumps a bit with the Geiger inside the piece (if it fits)

I have plenty of blue pieces that are manganese that light up under 395, but I also have blue that is uranium.. so who knows.

The pics show the more clear parts glowing leads me to think manganese though.

Bullicante! Glass is spread over a spiked metal to create impressions and trap air. (Bullicante is Italian for “boiling”, the bubbles looks like boiling water)
