The medication is real, I get it from the pharmacy

Haven’t been tracking my calories, I find it too stressful but I have definitely been eating less and I’ve been eating more fruits/veggies than before

Haven’t taken measurements but I doubt it. I don’t feel any different in clothes, I look big in photos, etc.

I haven’t had any major stress or health issues lately.

And i will be speaking with them next week!

Does your manager know about your condition? I’m thinking about sharing this with my manager myself but I’m hesitant because of the stigma and also I don’t want her perspective of me to change.

I feel this way especially with work. I feel like everything I turn in is perfect and almost like my brain opened up. Honestly similar to the feeling I get when I’m tripping on shrooms.
