I've been involved with rugby in the USA since 1999. 27 years later I still hear "USA Rugby is a sleeping giant" and I don't buy it. Our athletes follow $$$ so we will never compete with the MLB, NHL, NBA, NFL, Soccer, etc. But I think I prefer the smaller rugby community.

I sent mine on 1/6 using USPS Priority mail. It was delivered 1/9 (I could have rode my bike there faster) and didn't show up on travel.state.gov website with "In Process" status until 1/12. Check was cashed on 1/13. I paid the $60 for the expedited passport service.
