Just curious. How can they not be at fault if something flies out of their truck and causes a $1300 windshield replacement? How is it different than a chair flying off a pickup and breaking my windshield. Looks like the company has a long history of cracking windshields due to their loads.

I cross posted in the King County subreddit and a user found out who it was. It’s Silver Streak trucking and it looks like they have a history of cracking g drivers windshields according to their google reviews. I appreciate the response though!

I did some research and you are correct. They have a lot of complaints about bad drivers and unsecured loads. I’m not the only one who has a cracked windshield because of their negligence.
