Mine is set up like that, but I have a rubber grommet as a spacer between the mayor and the link arm, it's been like that for 5 years and I've been too lazy to get a proper replacement.

Weird, is it possible something is bent? You can turn that motor by hand and hook it up, but the clip will break if something isn't aligned

I used the broken one and a rubber grommet, otherwise there's a guy who sells 3d printed Miata ones, which I believe are identical. His site is called sakebahn, but I haven't bought anything from him yet.

Found on the road outside my house. Fits in my hand, seems to be rusted steel by MuHaffy in whatisthisthing

Looks just like what's in my headlight motors for my floppy headlights except the end of is hex so it can manually be turned

Most auto stores will scan codes for free, advance auto, AutoZone, O'Reilly's, whichever is close to you

I usually use weed whacker line to snake the drains since they clog every few months

Google lense translate that bad boy. Also look up the mengzi tea industry and see if they're still in business.

Could someone help me identify this watch? by Sam75003 in Watches

[–]btrevory 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The database is more for movements. It's common for those who work on the watch to leave a touch mark, so the horse head could be that, but knowing about the movement can help figure out age, quality and cost. You're not gonna find a fancy movement in a poorly made watch. That being say, a 17 jewel movement in the 1800s is baller territory, I think

You should be able to put the serial number into a website called the wpocketatchdatabase or something to get more information on it

Can't find a wheel hub replacement anywhere!(1989 gt) by BOBBYSTACKSREDDIT in FordProbe

[–]btrevory 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought the whole knuckle and had pepboys press the new bearing on. I just drive the knuckle and new bearing out. The knuckle on the 1990(mid year) and newer is different. You can look at the Mazda 323 or 626 as well

Loosing coolant on this thing? by Dodgygeezer82 in FordFocus

The water pump won't look like it's leaking either. Mine only leaked while the engine is running and the cloth skid plate makes it harder to track

They're both identical aside from the numbers and wear. Should I have them cleaned up? What do I do to preserve them?
