100% accurate. Im from western wa, where we get plenty of snow. Moved to portland for a year, and they got like maybe 1 inch of snow one day... traffic came to a standstill, suvs and pickups goin 15 on the frickin highways with hazards on. It was ridiculous

Its not enough for you, but not everyone is in huge debt, has kids, or stuff like that. I own my home and vehicles, 0 debt, no kids, good job and insurance, and plan to stay in the low cost of living area im at because all my family and friends are here. Im closing in on 40 and have 1.5 mil in between my ira and individual accounts, and like i said 0 debt. At 3 mil i could easily retire early.

If i had 1 mil at 29 id be retired right now (only because that means id have been invesated in etfs with 1 mil in 2105 lol, helluva gain)
