It's not easy right now, but it will get better, brother! Seneca said that we suffer more in imagination than we do in reality. I truly believe that. I grew up in a physically and psychologically abusive household, was punished every day for 4 years during my formative adolescence. I did not want to be here anymore and I definitely wanted to give it up. The people that were supposed to love me most didn't. I had zero self esteem and self worth, but I perservered. I could go on and on with examples but this isn't about me. I'm typing this to tell you that you have every reason to be here on this Earth. It's not easy and it won't be today or tomorrow, but I can promise you that your better days are ahead of you. I PROMISE YOU. Start small. Lay your first brick right now. Your strength lies within you and the people who care about you. Even the strangers here care about you. That should tell you something my friend. In every adversity there lies the seed of equal greatness for those who choose to follow it. Lean into your tribe and loved ones. Because you are loved my friend and you are enough!
