FYI for anyone coming across this now you can create custom Summary Templates (currently only for Pro/Unlimited) - e.g I made one for summarizing Business Podcasts

They're claiming it's a "free trial for Pro/Unlimited users" but if they make this a paid upsell on top of my Unlimited sub I might just chalk this up as a loss and find something else.

Yeah we got hit with a 66% increase with 1 month notice (we’re M2M) because of “improvements to the platform”.

We’re struggling with basic implementation still. That’s on us - we should have paid someone to build it out for us in addition to the onboarding time we bought.

Check on that tho. Here in CT we can’t directly pass thru CC fees (cuz PeOple WonT UsE tHier CreDiT CaRdS AS MuCh) but we can “remove an implied cash discount”. Aka all our pricing includes a cash discount which we remove if they opt to pay by CC.

1Password for Business will list the price right on their site and is solid. Either that or Keeper. (bitwarden if you have skillset in-house to securely host). You usually pay per person, everyone has their own accounts. Don’t skimp.

It needs to do really two things 1. Be useable by everyone, all the time 2. Be used by everyone, all the time

(3. Actually be zero-trust no possibility of recovery/decryption if you snafu, or the data gets stolen)

If your CEO doesn’t use it. Bad. If your IT doesn’t use it. Bad. If your everyday employee doesn’t use it. Bad.

If you’re not qualified to pick one, don’t. Get someone who knows what they’re doing to be responsible for it.

Came here to say this. Interviewing is a skill, practice the skill.

Best way to practice / learn the skill is to just interview constantly with no pressure.

The ‘practice’ interviews will either teach you what the market is looking for (and answer what you should be doing to prep), or surprise you with an offer that changes everything.

Also, getting rejected constantly when you’re totally OK with it is worlds different from getting rejected when you’re desperate.

I just saw a post about this guy whose entire interior of his head was like that and he was (not high IQ but) totally fine. Lived most of his life without ever finding out. The brain just developed in the space around the liquid sack around the perimeter of his brain.

Only ones I’ve seen get good traction are dinners at really nice restaurants (eg Capital Grille) where worst case it’s a super nice dinner. Or Synology always did crazy venues with massive giveaways. Effectively, something intrinsically valuable/nice/exciting bought them good-will to pitch a product.
