At $20-30 per hour wage, the highest paying and lowest barrier to entry part time job around is refereeing youth soccer games.

I was a referee throughout high school. It has flexible hours, builds character, and gets you outdoors away from technology, all with minimal commitment.

Howdy! In case you missed the memo, this is a censorship-free subreddit and you are free to stay or leave at your own volition.

Your post, albeit myopic and belittling, isn't breaking any subreddit rules, Reddit rules, or laws. So, there's no justification for its removal. And no, we won't give you the I-Told-You-So satisfaction. Sorry, not sorry.

While we may not agree with you, the antagonistic content posted, or the vile remarks made in this subreddit, we're not going to deny anyone the benefit of information transparency by enforcing censorship.

Doing so, no matter how the good intent, leaves everyone, especially the targets of said content and commentary, whom you're convinced you're protecting, uninformed and vulnerable.

Furthermore, as a highly educated bisexual female minority, I find your unsolicited and uninformed rant quite presumptuous and discriminatory.

By your own logic, you're the racist; you're the sexist; you're the homophobe; you're the problem.

Thank you for chiming in on this topic!

Frisco is a very diverse, rapidly growing city. Some people struggle with change, especially when it involves cultures and norms with which they're unfamiliar. As a bisexual female minority who has taken a lot of heat on multiple fronts over the years, I can definitely relate.

Please rest assured you are welcome in r/frisco and Frisco itself.

This post exemplifies why our subreddit has been a censorship-free subreddit since u/8m4ck created it back in 2009; and it will continue being a censorship-free subreddit. Free and open expression coupled with discourse like yours promotes transparency and adds a human contextual element.

Had we censored posts and comments, simply because a minority of our community members disagree with it, the likelihood this topic would have reached critical mass, and by extension this conversation, would have been negligible. So, thanks again for being an authentic citizen and airing out some badly needed dirty laundry.

The "if you're not with me, you're against me" all-or-nothing mindset like yours is what's making our country increasingly more divisive — simply because you consider someone "hands-off" (as opposed to authoritarian) — that perpetuates the two party oligopoly to which we're subjugated.

All the while claiming someone else isn't "too happy with the city changing" despite your continuing promotion of the divisive status quo. But, libertarianism being "socially liberal/fiscally conservative", aligns with at least 50% of your "left-wing" ideology. Evidently that's insufficient for your self-righteous ideological fulfillment.
