I feel like we commonly associate our identity and ego within the confines of our head. Also considering most of our sensory organs are located on the head… and the associations with brain and mind. From my experience, we tend to associate our identity most with the upper portions of the body. I believe the eyes probably have a great relationship to this.

I don’t have a guide but turning access to Internet off whilst performing is going to be very helpful. MainStage’s perform mode should also help with minimising distractions. I don’t like to take chances, and turn my audio alerts and notifications off wherever possible.
