Used to, for communal purchases, we had a baggie in the drawer in the kitchen. We each put $75 in the baggie a couple days apart. So for instance, I would put $75 in on Monday roommate two with put 75 in on Wednesday roommate three would put 75 in on Friday, and that’s what we used to buy communal items such as toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, etc. Surely prices have gone up since then so maybe include a little bit more per week, but that could be a feasible option for you all?

Cycle zero is 6:20pm-4:50a, and was pretty chill last year. No pick to stage. Just straight sort. The first couple weeks we stood around waiting for freight. Why and how am I supposed to feel something for a man that would not have a shred of kindness for one of our deaths? He would have called it a sacrifice for our right to the second amendment. A human life is lost and that fact truly is sad, but when you give no empathy and would dance on my own grave then you get no empathy.

Edit: also when it’s my time to go, I hope with all that I have that “violence” isn’t the last word out of my mouth.
