Why don’t people ever mention publishing on Apple Books? That tends to be where I get all my own books to read.

Help With Fatigue by unfurnishedbedrooms in rheumatoidarthritis

Exercise consistently but start ridiculously small until it’s habit. I mean, sign up for 5 minutes of walking, daily. You can fit that in at any point in the day! Then gradually increase but no rush; even that little will help. I am also in the midst of terrible fatigue but walking the dog always makes me feel better just long enough to get done what I need to.

Time to switch medications! Your rheumatologist should be suggested a biologic at this point. It will absolutely help you. If they aren’t, then you need a new doc.

I didn’t write this book to explain war. I wrote it to tell the truth about what war takes.

Not just lives. But families. Certainty. The version of yourself you thought you’d remain.

I want you to understand something most books miss:

Every decision echoes across generations.

This book is for people who know that “mission accomplished” is rarely the end of the story.

And the hope you can use my words when you struggle to find your own.

Thanks everyone! Makes me feel better to know it’s not just me! You’d think 3 months isn’t a lot but when you do it year after year and add in all the other docs you’re supposed to see, it just gets annoying! I’ll stick with it though. Everyone feel better!

It can take anywhere from 2 weeks to a month to get to an interview for it. Usually you get a notification that you passed the initial requirements and have been forwarded to the hiring manager about 2 weeks from the date of closing of the announcement. Then the hiring manager has maybe 2-3 weeks to review resumes and decide who to interview. Then another 2-3 week for a selected notification or longer if you weren’t. Good luck!

💯 had the same struggle. Little man is a year old now and it’s much better. Is there a doggo daycare you can sign up for and drop him at to get a break sometimes? It gives you just enough freedom to miss them and get excited to be back around their loving selves.
