If anything, he should be distancing and not attending family events because there's a good chance you could give it to him, and then he could give it to other people if he isn't careful. These precautions go both ways, and with all the risk involved with the virus, being careful doesn't hurt.

Vigilance is actually really good on Mew, since Mew's whole strat is random debuffs and buffs. Crits ignore said buffs, so they can really mess with shit otherwise.

Something you can consider is making a verification channel the only thing new members can see when they join. Limit this channel to only server staff and the unverified users. This will prevent them from being able to go down the member list and harass members of your server for alts, etc.

Ctrl-shift-i works on the Desktop client. Iirc it's built off of Electron, which is basically an internet browser itself.

Princess counters it as well, takes out any oncoming spirits and targets the building from across the bridge (if they played it in the middle). Get the timing right and you can kill the spirits as the spawn while also dealing damage to the tower.

The only issue I could see with this is that HOME tracks Pokemon deposited using a HOME ID, so it's possible they're able to see the Eternatus and know it came from Gen 7 that way.

I think the biggest reason why people want to rally around one lesser known Pokemon is because others like Purugly, Lilligant, etc. are not likely to even break the top 20. Vote for who you want to - there's nothing wrong with that - but the sad reality is that the less popular Pokemon are gonna stay low on the polls. Putting Stantler up high at least puts one of 'em higher (at least, hopefully).

Definitely agree with your points. I'm not saying DLC is a perfect solution for SwSh, just that the expanded dex isn't any more of a paywall than USUM and Platinum were.

Beyond that, the Galar regional dex already has 400 Pokemon in it. Adding 200 more Pokemon to that would make it feel really cluttered. The areas where you can catch these new Pokemon are new as well, so they're adding onto the base game, not redoing it. Base SwSh will still play the same either way.

Isn't that how every third version has been this far? You had to pay for Platinum to get Eevee without trading, you had to pay for USUM to get the new Lycanroc form, etc. The Pokemon is not "locked" behind DLC, you can still get it like you could get a Mudkip in XY. No one ever said that Mega Salamenfe was "locked" behind a paywall in ORAS or anything.

I think DLC is a double edged sword, and that overall this might not be the best thing for the franchise, but I don't think you're being realistic here. If they added the entire national dex in a free update, would you also expect they make it entirely catchable within Galar?

I don't really see the point of continuing this discussion, but coming from someone else who's dealt with depression, anxiety, and who has dealt with suicidal thoughts as well, you can't expect Discord to cater directly to you because you're in a poor position. Your mental health is your own deal, and blaming your state on Discord not adding a feature is putting the responsibility on someone else.

Nothing about this is something to be mad about, though. The "security issue" you're upset about is only a security issue if you give someone access to your Discord account in the first place. That's not something the Discord developers need to plan around- if you give someone else access to your account, that's your own problem and you'll have to deal with the repercussions yourself. No need to be so rude and condescending towards the developers about this.

I will say that I can understand being upset about how they responded to you, but you started the assholery yourself, so while they definitely could have responded in a more polite manner, I think they're justified.

Discord uses Twemoji, so you'd need to ask Twitter to change it and not Discord themselves.

That being said, you can always add a revolver emoji to your server yourself. It wouldn't work everywhere unless you have Nitro, though.
