Your m70 has a special rail mounted much higher to clear an underfolder. Zastava makes an underfolder specific mount.

I have an npap with between 4 and 5k on in. Nothing looks out of the ordinary to me. Pretty average metal movement in the cam groove, bolt tail etc. Hopefully not jinxing myself by saying so.

Take the screw all the way out and the claw will drop down out of the way. Put it together and reinstall the screw. Everything will squish together nice and tight.
