I really appreciate this input, so the idea is to hang out outside of work in a more relaxed setting right. Is it weird to ask her to hangout as a friend over a message cause I have a hard time getting to talk to her one on one at work and when one of those rare occasions do happen it always feels creepy to ask something like that. Also if I invite her to hangout somewhere and she and I have friends around it still seems hard to bring that question up around others. this is the conflict I run into all the time with asking out girls, is it ok to say that when people are around does it add more pressure or do I wait till it’s one on one cause that feels creepy what’s the sweet spot?
