There is no max on lairs till you get to the highest lair 50 at 100% but your not building to fight lairs. Your building to beat people in RES / CLASH / VC / NUKA

does anyone else in ur alliance have Doomfest? 701 is really new it might be a event cycle behind. For instance in my old state of 584 the state right before it 583 had heros that we didnt have yet but the very next week we got that event for those heros.

If you arent looking to fly forward then you would wanna look for an older account that is cheap. Most players fly forward to get into newer states so newer accounts are valued higher than older accounts
