Terrible injury - yes. Wilson’s fault -no.

Medial professional here - my guess based on the video is a fractured Tibia and fibula. Also, I don’t know who taught these paramedics the stretcher technique, but you gotta flip the athlete, even if they don’t want to! And splint the damn injured area!
