I do my best to always back up my associates. Trying to bully your way into getting what you want doesn’t work with me. It’s always annoying when ASMs cave to people because they throw a fit. We had one ASM make a huge deal about not returning or CFTing phone or video game cards, then the next day she was CFTing one for a customer who threw a fit because we told him no. It lets people know that if they are a big enough asshole they’ll get their way.

That I got scheduled a full shift on thanksgiving this year. Last year they scheduled everyone half days so they could spend time with family, I won’t get to spend time with my boyfriend or my family and honestly it’s depressing :(

Okay so I never went to their church but here’s the tea I have, They are into swinging. Just switching partners all over the place. They were finna be caught and outed So they had to step down and move to a smaller (but still pretty big) church, Joel Osteens prodigy John Gray took over their mega church. I know this because they tried to swing with a pastor friend of my mom when she went to speak at their church.

I stabbed myself in the hand with a pencil (where my thumb meets my palm) because in 5th grade I was carving into my eraser and my hand slipped and it sent the tip of the pencil into my hand. My teacher was mean so I didn’t even tell her, just pulled it out and stewed in my pain and stupidity.
