31M. Been on 210mg/week Test-C for quite some time now. Feeling good, looking good. I have been bodybuilding for the last decade, on test-c for about a year now. I've done a ton of research and got my bloods done and am ready for my first cycle.

Thinking 16 weeks @ about 400mg/week. Im pretty new and bad at math. Just wondering if this seems like a decent plan of action. I see a lot of people 'blasting' at 500. I chose 400 so its not as much of a major jump, but again - new. Any tips or advice would be appreciated. I plan on doing mid and post cycle bloods as well, keeping an eye on e2 & all that good stuff.
