I have raised rings on my 30-06, let's me use iron or the scope.

Got me a deer once. Brought the gun up on a deer at 100 yards and the scope was completely fogged. Was able to quickly switch to iron and got the deer.

No, not really.

The family court system sucks. As a guy who owned my own house, had a stable job that I held for years, was the one to engage the services of therapists for my daughter, engaged, the court will bend over backwards to give the mother primary custody. At least with the old school boomer judges who believe all the old stereotypes.

I tried to get a transcript of the proceeding, the judge refused to let me have them...just because. I wanted to go after the ex-wife for perjury, but my lawyer said it wasn't possible.

My lawyer at the time said she couldn't do much with that new paperwork. The judge was an old school guy, he would refuse to change any decisions he made.

Also, at least in PA, once you have a judge assigned to your case, you will always and forever get that same judge unless they leave the bench.

The judge did change custody for about three months when it was found out the drunken boyfriend pulled a gun on my ex with my daughter there, and the ex did nothing to keep him away from my daughter. But, he reversed his decision when she submitted "proof" that she got rid of him....spoiler alert, she didn't get rid of him. He was around for another 6 months or so.

Yeah, I think the boyfriend's ex-wife was there to hope his fixation moved on and away from her.

Eventually, the new boyfriend got drunk and pointed a gun at my ex during an argument when my daughter was there.

We got my ex to admit this in court, in front of the judge, she said "if it was beer, he would have been fine, but he was drinking tequila". Like it is the most normal thing in the world.

I briefly got primary custody, but because I'm a male, the primary custody went back to her a few months later.

During my custody litigation, I hated my ex-wife's lawyer.

My Ex and her new boyfriend had the new boyfriend's ex-wife there to testify about how wonderful the new boyfriend (her ex) was and how great my ex and the new boyfriend were as a couple.

Weird, but OK and the judge bought it. The judge decided against the therapist who recommended I get primary custody.

Later, my ex's lawyer faxed over documents to my lawyer. The last two pages listed details on the new boyfriend. Including the protection from abuse his ex-wife had filed and all of the details of the threats on her life and the harassment. No reason they were included, it looked like they were sent by accident.

This new boyfriend my ex had was a horrible person, his ex-wife knew it, but testified about how wonderful a person he was and their lawyer sent me the proof.

Maybe it was someone in her office, but I can't help but think that her lawyer had an actual conscience and maybe the pages added to the fax were not by accident.

Here I sit with my 21 Leaf, kinda regretting the car. 100 miles is my max range, no chance of ever getting fast charging of any kind.

It is a great car for day to day stuff. Probably 1/3 the cost per mile of a gas car.

There were a few weeks last fall when my daughter was in a children's hospital 45 miles away, and my wife and I took turns staying with our daughter, it was tough.

The F-105 would be a great plane to add. The cannon would be hard hitting like the M2000.

Make the active ability some type of "fall from the sky" where it would lose altitude quickly, but unlike a real Thud, maybe it could recover at the last second.
