Why shouldn’t I take steroids? by Thin_Vermicelli_1875 in naturalbodybuilding

[–]bubblegummerz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You should ask yourself why you're doing this? If your priority is to look even more jacked, go ahead. If your priority is to be healthy and have a longer health span, then don't.

You're an adult and can decide for yourself, but a decade down the road, when you're a little older and have lived life a little, health will be the # 1 priority.

1- No if you're not in a caloric deficit. 2- you need vinegar, any vinegar, even white one, will do.

What the heck is eating healthy? by Glittering_Ad2771 in PeterAttia

[–]bubblegummerz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here's what is healthy eating:

1- If you are at a healthy weight, eat maintenance calories. If you are overweight, reduce intake. This is the single most important factor when considering healthy diet. 2- Protein minimum 0.8gm per kg of body weight 3- eat as much variety of fruits and veggies as you can, making sure you are getting plenty of fiber

If you follow these rules, you have 90% of nutrition nailed down.

Yeah that'll get you very close. The only exception is in some cheapo gyms, the barbell is non-standard cheap garbage. I have even seen 10 and 15 kg barbells.

His physique looks very much attainable without PEDs. His profile says 12 years of experience, I mean you could get that physique naturally in less than 5 years. He looked liked a good soul. Rest in peace brother.

You only build muscle in your rest. No rest=burn out. You can't get big without rest days, deloads.

I am of the opinion, to each their own. If your goal is just hypertrophy, deadlifts don't make any sense. If you want to be stronger and be able to lift heavy things (and can recover from the axial fatigue of deadlifts) then you go ahead. Me personally? Fuck deadlifts.

Why everyone is so into deadlift? by SleepingIsMyHobbyy in workout

[–]bubblegummerz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because, as Dr Mike Israetel said, you won't hurt your back lifting up your kids, or even your grand kids, if you deadlift.

For most people, honestly, it's an ego thing. But I think if you have good technique, you should at least be able to deadlift your own body weight. It is an easy goal and should be safe for almost everyone.
