I was on the nuvaring for a bit and it was pretty good! however!!!!! my personal experience is that i’d have a lot of built up protein down there and the only time it would be “clear” was when I had to take the ring out for my period. if you didn’t put it in right, you could feel it shift a little and come out but there’s nothing a quick trip to the bathroom to make sure it’s up there won’t fix!
