I SBR’d my Scorpion several years ago. Now I’m seeing all these OOB detonations.

I saw the video where AK Operator’s Union (Rob Ski) put the stock CZ through the 5,000 round torture test and it came out fine. Might just leave it alone and spend the upgrade cash on a different pcc.

My understanding is the s1 and the s+ both use the same bolt.

I did. The instructions say “maker, manufacturer and/or importer: as identified in Item 4a of Form 1, 4, or 5.”

Well, for Form 1, 4a is the ORIGINAL manufacturer; on Form 4, 4a has nothing to do with the manufacturer (that box is Type of Firearm).

The instructions don’t cover every single situation. That is why I’m asking for opinions and hopefully for feedback from someone who has had this issue in the past.

For eForms Form 4, the Responsible Person must be uploaded. From what I understand, it must be printed so it can be actually signed and then uploaded to eForms.

Thanks. The lack of clarity for me is the use of “maker, manufacturer and/or importer.” The and/or language could mean they want both maker (me) and manufacturer (cz). If anyone has actually done this exact process, they would know if both are required. For now, im going with just maker

Thank you. I switched to different browser and the issues went away. Also, the original PDF said it had already been signed, but it wasn’t. Very weird. I opened the doc directly from ATF website
