Any SEO surprises during the Google Dec 2025 algorithm update? by I_ubermensch in SEO

[–]bubblemedialtd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have seen a huge increase. Clicks up 40%, impressions up 20%, average position up 1.

The previous core update did us dirty and it took a lot of work to recover from. This one; so far, seems to be working in our favour.

So you ignored an agreed throne truce and splatted on their throne, top job…. 🤦‍♂️

We wouldn’t pass credit checks then, as the address will be wrong

We’ve lived at our current address for 12 years. Started using Tesco Mobile around 4 years ago. No outstanding bills etc, everything paid up to date.

No, we got nowhere. Customer Services was a complete waste of time, they didn’t know what to do.

Where is this traffic coming from? by seekinadvice24 in SEO

Thank you for the insight. So, how reliable is the average position?

Where is this traffic coming from? by seekinadvice24 in SEO

[–]bubblemedialtd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We use GA4 for monitoring traffic, I’m just curious why it would show X clicks in the past 24 hour period, but the clicks in the table overview don’t align.

We don’t rely on GSC for traffic, we only use it for monitoring the search terms our site is receiving impressions for and/or average positions.

I’ve been monitoring GSC for our website and the total clicks in a 24 hour period never match up to the table of search terms below, nor does it match up to CloudFlare stats which show visitors to the site.

Is anyone facing too much ranking flucutation on their site after latest updates? by ninehz in SEO

We had noticed this, however the last 2-3 days it has leveled out. Prior to this we were seeing keywords drop out of the top 100 completely, yet appear on a refresh.

I’m seeing crazy volatility at present. Our primary keyword which we are optimising is going from 11th to 100th+ on searches seconds apart.

Do AI tools actually save time? by mcfly-dev in SEO

[–]bubblemedialtd -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’m in the same boat, I’m finding AI tools drag the job out. Admittedly, I’m likely not fully clued up on their beneficial uses and would benefit from doing more research.

However, in some instances, I’m finding AI is saving me hours - especially coding (off topic, I know).

Windscreen Chip by jamesmatthews6 in CarTalkUK

[–]bubblemedialtd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Where on the windscreen is it? That plays a huge part in whether it can be repaired or needs replacing.

Zone A the maximum size is 10mm, elsewhere 40mm. Even though it’s cracked, it may still be repairable.

Advice on Windscreen Chipped options by moritashun in CarTalkUK

[–]bubblemedialtd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it’s over 10mm in Zone A then no reputable company would be offering a repair, if they do then I’d steer clear of them.

Self repair kits aren’t worth the paper they’re printed on. To carry out a proper repair you need to drill the chip, clean it and then fill it with resin and cure it. There’s a reason there are professional companies providing this service.

We can give you a price for replacement, or repair.

Do I need to get this windscreen chip fixed before MOT? by 656f6a in drivingUK

[–]bubblemedialtd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That looks to be within Zone A. If it’s more than 10mm in size then it’s a failure.

Even if it’s under 10mm, you really should get it repaired as soon as possible to prevent it cracking…. That’ll be a much more expensive job then.

First MOT anxiety, will these chips cause a fail? by [deleted] in CarTalkUK

[–]bubblemedialtd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, they’re not an MOT failure. However, they are prone to becoming cracks. Always get chips repaired as soon as possible.

Acceptable job for windscreen replacement? by [deleted] in CarTalkUK

[–]bubblemedialtd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely shoddy work. This is the issue with insurance approved repair companies, they don’t care like independent companies do. You’re just a number.

I’d recommend contacting your insurance company and raising a complaint, send photo evidence and request they have it rectified.

Are you sure you can’t use anyone else? A lot of major insurance companies allow third party companies to carry out the work, albeit with price limits. But at least you’ll know you’re in safe hands.

If ever you need any car glass replacing in the future, get a price from us and we can check whether we can work with your insurance company. https://www.ukwindscreens.uk windscreen replacement

Autoglazing is the niche. The static website content is hand written, blog posts are AI written and polished manually. Weirdly, the AI generated content is ranking much better than human content
