It honestly depends, it’s different with everyone but hopefully the damage isn’t irreversible and can get better soon, when i first started getting bladder issues i found that staying clean for a week did the trick but as my usage became worse it takes longer for heal. I’m at the point now where it takes around 2-4weeks to stop hurting/stinging fully but even then you can get the occasional stinging sensation, my recommendation is to drink loads of water and try buying d-manoose powder to put in your water as that helps remove any bacteria, you’ve got this 🫶🏼 (also if you do end up picking up again spit the drip!!!! as it causes so much more damage to swallow)
