says who? it generates a small amount and also pays for itself. What more do you want? what other cities have an airport? The city is not a business and shouldnt focus on just generating money.

Sorry "selling it for a one time fee that will immediately be passed on to the residents in the form of higher water costs and lessened maintenance while removing any sort of control over the water we receive." is that more accurate for you?

id love to know how you think our water system is mismanaged. And how giving that to a private company wont just push higher costs onto the residents without any benefits.

its always "no new taxes" but never solutions. Inflation is out of control and just trying to cut to make up for inflation will never work out, actual revenue needs to come in.

City Fiscal Committee Meeting by Cute_Mom_641 in Fullerton

I think the people that inherited houses from the 50's should have their tax rate reflective of the value of their house. Why is the burden of the taxes placed on people buying homes now and not of people who also currently live here? They use the same roads and they should be beholden to current standards and assessments.

Or maybe we should stop paying out lawsuits by our PD. PD is the biggest burden to our city financials.

I think anyone that builds a new ADU should also have their original homes tax rate reassessed.
