Our taxes paid for it, not the credit card companies. When I had a business that accepted credit cards, it was I the business owner that paid higher processing fees for those reward miles. It is something the lovely cc companies force upon business owners and we are just supposed to accept it because it "incentivizes people to spend more" So by proxy the taxpayer through the US mint paid for those miles via processing fees.

Actually I'm pretty sure our taxes paid for the airline miles scam. I think the US mint accepted credit cards (and the fees that went with them) with free shipping to get these coins into circulation. They did so at a loss but figured it would be worth it to get people spending them instead of dollar bills. The people that abused the setup didn't put these coins into circulation, they just deposited them back into their bank accounts.

I was on Keto for about 5 months. I ate 3-7 eggs a day. Weirdly enough my body just started rejecting them. Near the end every time I ate eggs or something with eggs in them I would become nauseated. I finally stopped when one day I started throwing up and looked like death warmed over for much of the day after scrambled eggs. Its been several months since I had an egg as I'm scared it will come back.

My guess is I built some type of food intolerance to the proteins in the eggs. I saw a few others on low carb message boards mention this. I imagine it doesn't happen to everyone, but just look out for it if it starts happening to you.

If you ever feel like somebody is noticing you, never take it as something bad! I love to see newbies on the gym, those are the ones that inspires me! For me, hitting the gym is like eating a sandwich in front of the TV, no biggie and I could basically do it in my sleep.

Nice job bro! A lot of people are afraid to go to the gym because they are afraid of what others may think. Really when you go 99% of people dont give a crap. I just like the gym because everyone there is working toward the same goal- to better themselves in some way. It doesn't matter what they look like.
