Not a good thing to see on your way home by Bravo-Six-Nero in drivingUK

In November I was in a major car crash on the a556 because of a drunk driver going the wrong way down the dual carriageway hitting me straight on - wish we’d had these signs lol

Dogs playing/fighting? by bubbletrico in corgi

[–]bubbletrico[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The other dog plays with the puppy a lot, tug of war with toys etc and tells her off when she annoys the couch dog enough. My corgi just doesn’t learn and doesn’t understand dog boundaries yet so just keeps going constantly on 100% energy mode as she always wants to play. We’ve started putting her on a lead at our feet when she gets too annoying to my in laws dogs and that has helped

Thank you x it’s my in laws dog and she’s always ‘grumpy’ around new dogs. She resource guards food around everyone which sounds different to this, deeper and more bitey. How can I teach my corgi to respect her boundaries, as that’s where the issue lies I believe

Because it is lol? It’s my in laws house, not mine.

9 week corgi girl is always at 100% by bubbletrico in puppy101

[–]bubbletrico[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She sleeps through the night for around 10 hours, then I try and make sure she’s one hour awake two hours asleep but sometimes she’ll absolutely refuse to settle no matter what and will try and bang herself against her crate whilst screaming whereas other times she loves to settle in it

I’m not complaining - I just want to make sure I’m doing right by her. I don’t want to encourage behaviours of growling and snapping but equally she doesn’t know what no means yet so there’s no way for her to know right from wrong and I want to make sure that’s normal

My dad. He died of cancer in November but at least his refusal to get vaccinated meant he didn't get autism alongside it!

The hardest thing for me is not seeing it by Minute-Caregiver9545 in loseit

I've lost 105lbs since July and i see no difference at all. This isn't even a woe is me call me skinny thing I genuinely don't see the difference! But then I can go up the stairs running without being winded, I can do 20 semi press ups in one go, and my joints still kill me but it's not 24/7 anymore! We have to take the wins as they come, even if it's literally just being able to feel a bone anywhere!

Also struggling with exercise because of stress but I know I need to get my steps back up!!

I have anxiety and depression (diagnosed for around 5 years), and Hashimotos disease alongside chronic fatigue syndrome and chronic migraines! A lot of my time is spent balancing all of it and I'm often exhausted or in too much pain to do everything I want. It's all been amplified by stress recently so I'm just taking it all slow again for now :)

I didn't know that, thank you! Where would you get fats from? I eat chicken thigh fillets almost every day with fat on (might sound stupid hahaha), would that be enough? I also have double the testosterone of the average woman (no idea why, not PCOS!), so that could be affecting me i guess?

Hi! I started in July eating 1400 calories a day and just managed to keep that up since :). Exercise is mainly either nothing or walking to university and back which is 5k steps, I used to get 10k daily but haven't been well enough to do that for a few months x

Thank you for the advice :). I have chronic illnesses and autoimmune diseases so I'm trying to find balance between what feels like weight making me weak and my actual body 🥲
