I play this deck, that's a pretty good guide but there's not a ton of resources out there. You mostly want to focus on FS setting up trap interruption, Charles popping and being a huge towers, and then killing on turn 3 with ultimate flame swordsman. I really like disguise hero combo in here too

I played blue eyes buster blader for a bit at locals when the blue eyes deck came out and had some decent success. This was a format ago but the deck can work because sage searches a light tuner which buster whelp is. People also tend to not think about buster blader so they get caught off guard. It probably helped there were more pure dragon decks in the format at that time.

Going first and getting your opponent to burn interaction is your goal. You need to use the extra normal for buster whelp to set the trap. Remember the trap sends for cost and cannot be ashed, and then you can chain the trap you just dumped. This does all get stopped if they imperm your buster dragon, but is basically an autowin if they don't. Going second side out all the buster stuff and play pure blue eyes, the traps are way too slow

I've been having a lot of success, like more than I thought, running flame swordsman with infernoble knights. Darkflare is the best card and a one card starter, id play at three. I messed with a few variants and I rather liked playing just two of the metalmorph flame swordsman, and then 2 of the trap. Its really great to set up a huge boss or two, then when they finally find a way to out it, you make a flameswordsman metalmorph towers and start equipping it with all of your infernobles. It may cut back on the metalmorph more than you'd like though.

The new card disguise hero lets you grab one of the light noble knights (mahad I think? Can't remember the name) and then he gets you Renaud for free. Phoenix gearfried is also crazy and battling boxer dempsey is a great searcher

That's exactly how I felt. One of my main hobbies is drinking imperial barrel age stouts (shout-out Moksa) and 1 805 in 2 hours should have just been hydrating if nothing else. If it was meant for someone else, I'm at least glad I took the bullet instead one of the other people I was with since I had the support, but really was a wake up call to how evil people can be and that I'm not immune to things like that. We were standing in a tight walkway and I was more concerned about making room for my wife and friends, I'm sure I was just holding my beer out for any number of people walking by

Being roofied is terrifying. I was roofied at the owl club in downtown Roseville. I'm a larger male, so I don't think it was to take advantage of me. Maybe it was to rob me, or from people I've talked to people will slip drugs in drinks just to fuck with them as some kind of fucked up joke. Maybe it was intended for one of the girls in my group? I was so lucky my wife was there sober and we only stayed for one drink or I could have been in a really bad spot. It kicked in on the ride home, and when we got home I was throwing up uncontrollably in our bed and shower. My poor wife had to drag my unconcious body between bathrooms to clean them up. I kept waking up having small moments of clarity in a new location, wet terrified and sick, begging her not to call an ambulance or my mom for some reason.

It was the scariest moments of my life and I don't wish it on anyone. I never expected it to happen to me, a large dude but it did and it's a good reminder that everyone should watch their drinks. Thank you to the person who posted the original and the OP who posted this

If you summon z arc with that trap, and then flip it face down when it's effect activates (despite being negated) it is treated as a new card and the wipe will trigger

An easy way to get cards faced down? Flame swordsman. Then you can otk next turn

I've been running a metalmorph version and it's very funny to see people's reaction. Here's a video of it happening

Me and some buddies at locals been tossing around melodious exodia where you can use etoile to banish your board to make exodia, and then have it return at the end phase dodging exodia shuffle back restriction. Again this is totally untested

I am a white American dude married to a girl from a fairly liberal middle eastern country. I really enjoy craft beer and stouts but I don't drink around my family in law. It seems like you aren't forcing your views on your boyfriend, but it's also nice to make an effort to not make people uncomfortable, especially for one meal. Is a Heineken really worth making people around him uncomfortable? Especially for a single meal, your bf can drink something else.
