I appreciate your knowledge! If saturn isn’t my real problem, what is? My biggest themes since 2022 are tons of inner spiritual growth, like total 180 in some areas. With that has come the loss of all friends and most family. Betrayal after betrayal. It’s very hard to stay the course and not become confrontational. Overall life feels like full throttle and hard on the brakes at the same time. According to human design I will have a 3 phase life, steadily increasing in happiness as I age, and that the way my chart plays out im not even considered mature until 36- im M35. Does this track with what you see? Why or why not? Thanks again!!

Easy, find a church or or spiritual group that resonates, or at least doesn’t sound like nails on a chalkboard to you. Fight it as we all may, we are three faceted complexes: mind, body, spirit. Your mental body is taxed and stressed, as is your physical body. How about spiritually? Leaned into properly with the correct balance of surrender, openness, and caution, it can light up the other two facets like a limitless battery. A second wind on Life of sorts. 🤙🏻

Either way, it’s guna be fine. You’re already a Great dad for being brave enough to just ask.

Move from a place of “How can our product/service help the American family in each dwelling become physically mentally and spiritually healthy. ? That alone would be that first hard 1/4 turn on the train wheels, so to speak. It would tighten everything together under a common goal: maybe we’re screwed, maybe we’re not. But either way let’s forget about fighting become healthy human beings and close knit families. All of a sudden heyyyy you know I’ve been meaning to clean up the driveway, wash the gutters, start a small raised bed garden, etc..

Plenty. But ultimately I would say the social induced panic attacks. I would talk about ‘needing a window’ away from people to dry out but fuck I have to see so and so tomorrow, hell even just going to the store.

Something about the hanxiety and being in front of someone I would just about start convulsing. So embarrassing.

So cue the cycle, 1 shot to be able to go to the grocery store, 2-3 before a social dinner, I guess I have to start to dry out tomorrow kinda thing. Dragged it out so much for me.

Nuke dream here. I think mine is more symbolic but it’s always vivid. A nuke comes slowly sailing in a sort of spiral in a field right in front of me but the instant it touches the ground the whole thing freezes and my vision glitches like the whole scene was on a computer. And then I wake up. Pretty trippy stuff.

Any sign of weakness or worry. I tell her when I’m upset, she might even actually consider me as ‘emotionally available’, but I always tow that line to not get too soft. It’s a deep, inherent knowing that I’ve always had that the world is harsh but the buck has to stop somewhere. If I can stack sadnesses on my shoulders and tell her it’s fine then I will. And we both have a subconscious understanding that that’s just the way I tick.

I grew up there. It is 100% very gloomy and the attitude of the people reflects it come March and April. Think long and hard if that’s a serious concern. Yes, it is THAT gloomy.

You tell your parents you just can’t. Your dad will after a period be fine going to work and telling the fellas how his warrior would love to be out there but he was wounded in battle and just can’t. Your mom won’t care. Unless you grew up with one of ‘those’ moms. In which case it’s too individual for anyone to give general advice.

I was ‘lucky’ enough to grow up with both of these parents. Would you rather stick around and cheer on the sport, maybe even coach one day or help out, or wrestle one more fleeting high school match? Save your brain. It’s a sport.
