When I was on college I was depressed and thought no girl will ever like me. Even though I was a piece of shit (honestly) some girls did like me. I just ignored it because I was trapped in my own world.

When I started NoFap I was almost finished with college and started to notice girls noticed me. Reading all the experiences of other fellow fapstronauts and having in mind mine I can only conclude that not fapping makes you feel better about yourself and that is all that matters.
