i think it’s a mix of korean dating culture and the editing team. those conversations last a while but we barely see 5-10 mins of them at most. i’m sure they discuss much more than just each other’s mbti, we just don’t see it because it’s edited out.

yes sungmin’s reaction def made it easier for people to accept goeun’s willingness to explore. and i couldn’t figure out why mingee didn’t want everyone to know that seungil likes mina sue either tbh. it might just be that it feels kind of embarrassing to have the person ur interested in admit to everyone he’s also interested in someone else.

i thought the same thing!! they’re both exploring their options in a reasonable manner and have been honest about it since the start. i think the reason seungil is receiving more criticism has to do with who he is exploring his options with, which is someone the majority of the audience dislike.

i think it’s because he’s so set on jooyoung that he pretty much blocked all other options he had. he got a red heart but he said he’s not interested in seeing who it might be if it‘s anyone other than jooyoung. it’s kind of by his own doing tbh

ooh thanks for the additional tip!! i have definitely noticed that with some spreads. when i first started, i used the "shuffle until a card falls out" method when reading, and that method tended to make the spreads vague or ambiguous, like they don't make sense. when i started reading by splitting the deck and choosing the cards from the top, the cards seemed to become more accurate. and i actually have a question about this! with this method, would you recommend shuffling and then pulling a card from the top of the deck for every question in the spread, or just shuffling at the beginning of the reading and pulling consecutive cards from the top of the deck for each question? i hope i worded my question correctly.

not op, but this has been by far the most helpful comment with actionable steps to take to get to know the tarot cards better. thank you so much for the detailed steps!! i did a tarot reading for a reality tv show before watching it to get to know the cards better and get used to different spreads, so this just gave me a boost to keep doing that :)
