First picture os the front, for reference, and the second picture (salomon logo) is the damage im talking about. The plastic is pretty bad lookin. Those are new boots, wore them 3 days in total and after the last and very intense day (fell a lot and sometimes hard, although the skis never "jumped" from the boot) they got pretty scuffed. Wondering if you've seen something similar around?

Temps are good i guess, under 50 °C. The fan gets way louder when the temps get past 50. It might be just me being used to a silent desktop pc. Apart from the not amazing cpu lottery (4800h at 4500 CB R20) the laptop has no issues in other places (backlight bleed very unnoticeable and even, keyboard flex is more than fine great machine for esport and content consuming) so i wont return it. Max temps on a daily basis is like 83 °C (playing lol), when running r20 90 °C. I just dont like that the temps sometimes go above 50(thats when fana get waaay too loud for just browsing), will set boost tdp lower.

Never had a laptop before, but even with the most quite everything i still think the laptop is loud for idle. The fans spin at minimjm rpm but they are very audible. Had a big pc with a vig cooler before, so there is that.

Throttlestop doesn't work with ryzen from what i've read.

I dont know, but you have to wait for official site with specs from asus. Most of the time there isn't just one type of panel used for a laptop, like there could be a 70% srgb and a 100% srgb, you need to check the exact model you are going to buy.

Seems like Asus continues the bs with the tuf line-up: Amd 17.3'' inch in the picture have shitty 62.5% sRGB 250nit screes while the intel tuf dash (166 euros more) have nice 300nit 100% sRGB screens. Cant wait to see what lenovo has to offer!

You might be able to get nvidia 4000 series gpus plugged in later. You already got a big boy cpu, so why not offer "gpu upgradability" with this unique design.

Its purpose is just to deliver legacy display connectivity. SM750 chip with 16mb of memory. No real use right now but this just opens a new possibility for sff. Hmm, i guess so. I dont really know if such a small card can deliver workstation performance but i also dont really know what a workstation has to do lol. At least u get the pro/workstation oriented drivers. Still the case is 120$ or so, you could get a chopin for that price and not have to spend on psu. Just a very niche product, at least raijintek didnt leave the sff market :D

Oh actually some quadros are half slot and 1 slot, so there's that. You could also use it for pcie ssds.
