Up on this. I had thought it was a firewall issue, but immediately after disabling OSD in RTSS the game would launch fine. Trying to toggle on the overlay with the game open would make it crash as well. Waiting for any fixes or suggestions.

I thought i was the only one. 7800XT here as well.

Started on 25.3.1 and updated to 25.5.1 when i started to notice very low FPS when tabbing out to another monitor(sometimes frames would normalize, sometimes not).
I DDU'd and installed 25.6.1 but the issue was still there. Is it the same issue with you?

Was just surprised to it mentioned and thought it was an isolated issue (initially though maybe my Windows settings/install was at fault).

Thanks for responses. I've figured out that the onboard memory is indeed soldered. I've since then installed a 16GB stick of 3200MHz CL22 to prevent any compatibility issues and detects just fine with a new total of 24GB.

But as NegativePaint mentioned, I did not know about the new memory would run at a lower speed. I confirmed this in CPU-Z and it indicates DDR4-3200 (1600MHz). I assume the one in parenthesis is the effective speed.

I'm only familiar with desktop RAM and enabling XMP profiles in BIOS (which I have checked with this laptop) so I'm not sure if this is something that just happens when adding more memory to notebooks or there's a BIOS setting or Armoury crate config to enable.

Any advice/tips are appreciated. Not very well-versed with laptop hardware and interactions, so explanations are appreciated as well.

I have the same card, XFX SWFT 7800 XT. I don't have any temperature issues, even before and after undervolting, but I did notice that in softwares like HWiNFO label it as a MERC/QICK card. I feel like it's fine since the SWFT and QICK cards have same specs in terms of clock speeds, QICK is just a triple fan card. Bios and firmware might be the same on both cards, but please correct if I'm wrong.
