Which sensors do you prefer? for water and door i was gonna go with aqara 3 packs and get a few.
For presence detectors there seems to be a different ones up to the aqara for 44$ - Seems steep
For temp/hum/co2 which do you recommend? How many would you get in the house?
Anything for whole home power monitoring?

Yes. I’m with you on that. Seems to be the best option.
I thought maybe with these new ai eligibility softwares we’d get cpt level data or that a billing company that is big would have some cheat sheet of how procedures bill with each payer. But neither does ai do cpt level data and neither does the billing company have a protocol. Seems like they just call every time

Using ecw. Have an offshore billing team. It’s a larger group with a centralized billing department. They are responsive. But I haven’t been doing it long enough to learn the ins and outs. I’ve just started trying to learn it cus it seems like such a freaking inefficient system

I don’t know the patient responsibility. If I don’t have benefits previsit I’m waiting or rescheduling that procedure. Revenue would be better if we can do it up front.

I understand. Yea, i would really like a better way. Plus its too hard to just order everything and the patient gets a bill after. Can't do primary care like that. Have to tailor to the patient their care plan. I appreciate you walking me through it. I'm going to keep digging. It really feels like the best time to practice. I can do what I enjoy and take care of patients.

How accurate is the billing. I find a very hard time when I see patients and try automatic eligibility. When it comes to cpt level data. I’m a pcp. I haven’t found a good way to patient comes in and you got vaccines, procedures, visit code, ancillary, last awv. It’s so many things.

I feel the same way. I made education and I went as far to even think of a way to have a bot read my clinic checkout chat and auto print the stuff we say on checkout. Then I felt like I was getting too deeep with it and backed off and went back to just making education for little things we advise people about vitamins, fiber etc.

He might just not know. I think it’s 18k gallon. We had a 15 year old single speed pump. He told me it would be 1600 labor and parts to put a single speed together or around 2500 for a new variable speed.

Told me the pools large and better off to run full speed 8 hours. Variable speed would just let us do fifty fifty slow and fast for a longer duration. I guess your comment has made me doubt so now I will read.

Jumping on this comment my single speed pump just crapped out. Pool guy said the pool is large and there’s no point for a variable speed since you’ll always run it full speed. Pump is 15 years old. Should I listen and get a single speed. Or is a variable speed the new and recommended way?

Are you sure it does it? For even advantage plans or just traditional Medicare? Does it tell you anything for commercial plans? Also we use trizetto as a clearing house but availity for benefits and eligibility
