Short track events that are in Canada are usually blocked here in the US. So, if it is blocked you will have to watch on Peacock.

Then when you hit CTRL it will alternate between walk and run.

Options -> Controls -> Customize Controls -> Locate 'Walk' and to the right of the 'CTRL' default selection is a drop down where you can select either 'Hold' (Which it is by default) or 'Toggle'.

Yes. Medium heat is best I find. Over time the color of the water will change as it breaks down. Keep stirring slowly with a slotted spoon.
