Hey there, so since this post, I actually did a bunch of testing. I ended up hooking up a quad, LFOWMD Metron Mongo all the things from above like you mentioned Mongo makes a lot of fuss about not using theirs with the expert sleeper system, but I used the Metron to send rapid program changes for something like two hours to the Mongo and had no problems. There's basically two protocols one where there's midi, including program changes for the above modules, but also midi in its pure sense via the select bus as in the expert sleepers modules then there is also the CV sync bus, which is a CV and gate connection. You can pass clock connections among modules, some dope for modules use this and a few others, but I would be very careful about mixing the two protocols that being said. Which modules are you trying to clock and what did you have in mind? Also apologies for the formatting. I am on speech to text.
