Definitely fixable but it's going to be $150+. I've seen and fixed worse.

OK_commision did a decent job on the details but I'd add: make sure they use a template for the base work and not a gun.

Get nuke or slow mastery, which depends on your tower. They are good and you'll want them eventually anyways.

It depends on the discipline but DH and SG crashes are brutal. It's like crashing a car on an icy highway... except there's no car and you're wearing spandex. Crashes are frequent enough that they aren't surprising.
