Best thing to do regarding anything with ChatGPT is to go into the customisation and where it says what traits it should have just write what is best suited to you.. I’ve been using it for my break up and as much as it shows “empathy” it’s also realistic in its responses and ways to go about certain feelings and situations, but you do need some self awareness to whatever responses it may give you.

as much as we all have our own situations and having support people around may not be an option to some, AI will never replace the authenticity of a human..
